Good morning family and friends! Apologize for not being able to send a message last week, with the new transfers I now find myself writing from Pergamino Buenas Aires. We use the computers in the church on Pday and we also play soccer as a zone on Pdays so... I quickly became distracted with the game out back and limited my computer time, I assume you understand the great dilema last week ;)
My new companion, Elder Ramos, is from the grand country of Brazil and has been in the area for about 4 months so we were able to quickly get right to work this week. Sunday was quite the change in comparison to little General Villegas.. There was a chapel, there was a sacrament room, there was running water, there was a presiding Bishopric, and there was 3 hours of church! It was wonderful!!
I took quite a bit of reflection time during the sacrament meeting and found myself tearing up.. General Villegas was a good ride and I will ever be thankful for the blessing of serving there. And while things didnt work out smoothly with the baptism of Aunt Graciela, it is comforting to know that the Gospel of Jesus Christ in its simplicity is being taught all around the world. I can come to a new country, bounce around from city to city and always find the sweet spirit which resides in the `Casas del Señor´.
I appreciate the love and support I feel from home, and pray everyone is doing good back home. I love you guys!
